To be successful in a Real Estate Career requires more than knowledge, skills, time and hard work. It requires the ability and desire to listen to Clients’ goals. It requires tenacity and creative thinking. But mostly, success in Real Estate requires passion.
I love my work. Market strategy, house hunting, negotiating—I love it. After years in this business, I still get wildly excited for my Clients at a closing table.
Proudly, I am the Owner/Broker of Cove Road Real Estate—a small office with large credentials. We average over $30,000,000 per year in sales. Most of our new Clients are referred to us through previous Buyers or Sellers. Superior service, prominence within the community, and the ability to intuit our Clients’ needs continues to set us apart.
Serving on the Board of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors has afforded me the opportunity to keep myself and my agents current with local, state and national real estate trends. Locally, I have held the positions of Director, President-Elect and 2022 President, and 2022-2023 Director on the Board of Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Nationally, I serve as Regional Representative of the Housing Opportunities Committee.
I moved full time to the Cape in 2004, and I cannot imagine living anywhere else. Immersion in local life came quickly as I became involved with many non-profit organizations: Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC), Community Development Partnership (CDP), Chamber of Commerce, We Can, The Academy of Performing Arts, The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod, The Animal Rescue League.
I believe that it is necessary to refresh, recharge, relax and reflect. Enjoying Nauset Light Beach with my Jack Russell Terrier is perhaps my favorite down time. I am endlessly grateful for the many beautiful places to explore and escape on Cape Cod.
